Site

Once a client has purchased their home, site meetings and clients
goals can be established. In this phase, the clients personal
style can be compared with each other to narrow down a style preference
for proposed renovation on their newly purchased property. Thus the scope is created. 

Design
Designing for home buyers who want to renovate requires consideration from the design phase.  Site measurements are done and a 3D model is generated to start the design with a clean slate.  Existing furniture and objects are considered and also dimenstioned to include into the new design layout.  Once a visual design and materials are chosen,
the client can start seeing their budget possibilities or constraints
from the design.

Procure

The phase that determines the quality of the craftmanship. 

Approved design plans and visuals filter into quantifyable items of design.  This project quote is looked at from a design and execution point of view.  Professional and skilled suppliers are decided upon for the project journey.

Build

Project management timelines are discussed and a start date and handover date is determined. EM interior design facilitates renovations where clients either rent during construction or live on site.
